How do you keep your craft soda looking fresh in a rapidly changing environment?
Caleb’s Kola hadn’t been around long, but its branding was already beginning to appear dated. As a craft soda, evolution was imperative – to keep up with the competition and remain relevant in an increasingly cluttered category.
We felt strongly that “evolution, not revolution” was the right approach for Caleb’s: it wouldn’t help to throw away brand equity in the name of a rebrand. We modified the existing look to better suit the brand’s needs, choosing a darker, edgier look to resonate with the 18-25 demographic. With sharper branding in place, we rolled in social and web strategy, with the goal of driving sales in local and regional markets.
We were responsible for packaging redesign, POS signage, POP signage, magazine adverts, apparel and merchandise.
